Coupled with his golden colored hair and bright blue eyes, most people tend to think he's younger than he really is, or even a girl at times. Don't be confused though, Quatre may be skinny, but years of horseback riding, self defense classes and the occasional fencing match, has left the blond thin, but lean and muscular. He dresses elegantly and properly, never being mistaken for a street kid or someone of low income. Personality: Quatre is your typical "nice guy" and rather quiet. He never says anything bad about people or allows rumors to spread about those that he cares about. Even though he's your typical nice guy, not many people feel the need to look down on him. Many people respect him for caring about anyone and everyone. Because of his natural charismatic attitude, people tend to believe in him and what he says. This causes people to want to follow his leadership. The blonde is also stubborn as hell, not allowing anything to stand in his way. He will not back down from anything, seeing it to be a sign of weakness and wanting those he stands against to know that no matter what, nothing will change his mind. But Quatre does have a darker side. It's obvious there's more to the sixteen-year-old than meets the eye. There are times when his normally bright blue eyes will darken and ice over with anger or sorrow. Quatre may be young, but that doesn't mean he hasn't seen his fair share of heartache and anger. When the "nice guy" face slips away, what's left is a cold, calculating, brilliant strategist with no remorse for the things he's done and will do. Sometimes Quatre looses himself in the emotions that he can pick up from other people. He can’t tell what is what and everything becomes too much for him. When his eyes become slightly crazed, and he starts to laugh… He’s gone over the edge and only something extreme can bring him back to his senses… Weaknesses: In a sense, Quatre is his own worst enemy. Because he’s such a nice guy, Quatre has a tendency to believe the best in everyone, even if there is nothing to believe in. He wants everyone to get along and will bend over backwards to ensure that it happens. If that trust that he places in someone is betrayed then, he feels upset, hurt, and angry. Sometimes this anger has the ability to get the best of him. His empathy causes him problems too. If someone is having strong emotion, such as anger, Quatre is likely to feel it and be affected by it, sometimes to the point where he can't figure out if the emotion he is feeling if his own or someone else's. If someone who is close to him dies, it hurts him, including the possibility of him losing control... Possessions: His violin, laptop, and a few crinkled photos of his family, friends and those he considers close. History: In AC195, Quatre lands, meets up with the Maguanacs on Earth, and starts his campaign against OZ. Then, he meets Trowa, finds out he's not alone, and insists they need to work as a team. After Heero self-destructs in Siberia, he finds Duo stranded in the desert and they stick together for a few months, figuring out what to do next. They head back to outer space from Singapore, Quatre self-destructing Sandrock in the process so they can get away from an OZ attack. He's injured in the fight, and his shuttle is recovered near L4. While he's home, his father is killed by OZ in a protest by the colony against the Winner Foundation. This causes him to lose his mind temporarily, and he builds Wing Zero. He goes on a rampage, destroying colonies because they have weapons, but is stopped by Heero and Trowa. He thinks he kills Trowa, which snaps him free from the ZERO system's influence and heads back to Lunar Base with Heero. When Heero goes nuts during a test with Zero, they evacuate the base, and Quatre takes Heero back to Earth. On Earth, he and Heero fight separately for a while, but meet up again in the Sanq Kingdom with Noin, where they defend Relena until she dissolves the country to prevent another war. He goes back to the Maguanacs, who have rebuilt Sandrock for him, and then joins Noin, Sally, and Heero in outer space. Duo finds him, tells him about Trowa, and Quatre goes to the circus to get him. He brings Trowa back to Peacemillion with Duo, and Heero has found Wufei. The five of them work together to stop White Fang from dropping Space Fortress Libra into the Earth, during which battle Quatre confronts Dorothy and she runs him through with a fencing foil. He survives and manages to continue fighting long enough to get back to MO-II by the end of the war. Side Note: He's kidnapped by the Perfect Peace People and brainwashed by them to attack the pilots in Battlefield of Pacifists, and then White Fang tries to kill him in Blind Target. After that, he decides to use Vulkanis from Battlefield of Pacifists to send the Gundams into the sun, which is recapped in Ground Zero. (Writer’s note: This is all manga information) Then came Christmas of AC196, Quatre has sent all the Gundams, but Wufei’s, to the sun to be destroyed. Then the war breaks out, feeling guilty, Quatre goes to get the Gundams, while Heero and Duo infiltrate the enemy’s base. The fighting goes on for several days, and then finally Dekim Barton is killed and the fighting stops. Quatre, along with Duo and Trowa, destroy their Gundams, knowing they won’t be needed anymore. |
